AAA regularly inspects and monitors these facilities to ensure t hey meet our standards. Here are some of our requirements.

Service reputation and workmanship thatmeets your own rigorous standards. Before we approve a facility, we ask its past customers to rate their service experience. This is an ongoing process to ensure high standards.
AAA MEMBER BENEFITS
As a member of AAA, you're guranteed more than just quality auto repair. When you present your valid AAA membership card at an Approved Auto Repair (AAR) facility you are also entitled to the following:
Free Maintenence Inspection
If your vehicle is receiving paid service at an AAR facility, on request, your vehicle will be inspected at no charge for items most commonly contributing to road side breakdowns.
Written Estimate
You will be provided a written estimate of the cost of all work to be performed on your vehicle. The cost may not exceed this estimate by more than 10% unless authorized by you in advance.
Returned Parts
As evidence of work performed, all replaced parts will be returned to you upon request, with the exception of those that must be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty or exchange program.
Dispute Resolution
AAA will investigate any member dispute, which cannot be satisfied by the AAR facility management team. Our resolution decision will be accepted by the repair facility.
Nationwide Warranty
AAA members receive a 12-motnh/12,000 mile warranty on repairs performed at an AAR facility. With more than 7,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada, you're never far from an AAR facility.
